As part of the overall improvement scope, an approximate 20-acres total of open space is re-envisioned to provide accessible recreational opportunities, promote local biodiversity, and foster a resilient community. The inclusive and diverse outdoor spaces typologies range from small open air court yards to large community gathering space. Tree groves at the entrance areas, age-appropriate playgrounds, multi-generational outdoor fitness, and BBQ/picnic areas activate the common gathering spaces, while the garden spaces surrounding the apartment buildings provide a secured and private retreat setting for residents.
