The design of STRATA Symphony is aimed to create a dialogue between the indoor amenity space and the outdoor terrace. The composition of pavers and planting enhances the sense of a continuous flow. This linear movement guides visual interest and defines a series of social pockets envisioned to accommodate different sizes and types of events (indoor and outdoor). Another vital dialogue is between the courtyard and the adjacent Arts Walk. The hardscape layout maximizes views of the Arts Walk, bringing the residents to the edge of the courtyard. As porous surfaces, the green roofs at both the courtyard and roof levels aid in the stormwater management efforts for the building.
